A StreetSense WorkSafe© program is a one hour exploration of Personal Safety. This professionally facilitated discussion explores topics that are relevant to everyone's Personal Safety and Security. Topics include the psychology of violence, the Crime Chain©. the criminal mind and how they choose and manipulate their victims.The C4 Personal Safety Method© and the Personal Safety Triangle© Also discussed is how listening to your instincts can keep you safe and how to complete a Personal Security Audit and develop a Personal Safety Plan.

Basic Self Defence is a two hour introduction to Personal Self Defence tactics and techniques. Participants will learn the basics of vital point striking and how to utilize the bodies natural weapons to incapacitate an attacker and allow them to escape a violent situation or criminal act. The course emphasizes Kinetic Linking and proper bio-mechanics to teach participants to develop power in their Self Defense techniques. All concepts are simple, effective and proven in combat situations. Facilitated discussion covers Personal Safety issues relevant to everyone.

The StreetSense StreetSafe© course is four hours of Self Defence against the Padded Attacker. Participants will learn how to utilize the bodies natural weapons and vital point striking to incapacitate a determined attacker. Reality Based Padded Attacker Training© allows participants to practice their newly acquired Self Defence skills full force against the Padded Attacker. StreetSense utilizes our unique Adrenal Stress Induced Saturation Training© method to teach participants how to overcome the debilitating effects of Adrenaline that occur in an attack situation. They will also learn how to utilize Kinetic Linking and proper bio-mechanics to incapacitate a larger/stronger attacker. Participants also discuss issues surrounding Personal Safety, the psychology of violence, how criminals choose and manipulate their victims as well as how to listening to their instincts (Creep Meter) can keep them safe. Each participant receives a 100 page PDF loaded with Personal Safety tips and information as well as all of the techniques covered during the course in a step by step format, complete with pictures.
